Spirited Away - Animated Music Video

Alas, the common test week has come and gone in a flash. Time sure does fly. Just last week, my mind was in overdrive, attemptimg to remember, formulas, theories, graphs and all the what not.

The weekend is here and its time for me to wind down before the next two weeks of holidays really begin. I just realised that I still have so many projects to complete and the deadlines are set when school reopens. I'm going for the NP Strings concert tomorrow night btw. All the best to the entire crew. The day has been gloomy. No sun, just endless pouring of rain. Why Mother Earth? Why are you weeping today? It's the end of the Common Tests! Shouldn't you be showering us with the your divine light rays. Can't you give us some warmth? The putrid weather just makes me miserable. All I feel like doing is just to coop up at home and sulk till my face falls of. I've been planning to take a dip in the pool today but the rain is just being too persistant. Sigh.

Oh yeah, I've been wanting to go out and relax for a ver long time. I've been so caught up with school and my cca that I don't even have the slightest chance to enjoy myself. Bah! I really need to a fix a date where I can just go out, enjoy myself and forget about the worries of life. If that is even possible -.- My clothes are all tattered. I need to get new clothes and some new jeans. Can you believe that I've been wearing the SAME pair of jeans to school since forever?!?! Revolting! I know! Feel like ripping that bloody jeans apart and skewering it for all eternity.

Btw, have you guys seen my new glasses? Haha. My dad bought it for me as an early birthday present. I know, i know, some of you guys say that it looks tacky and makes me look like a nerd (thanks for your honesty) but I also wanna thank the rest who think that it looks great. FYI, this pair of specs set my dad back $1,000. I know! Freaking ex la. I was really stunned when I saw the price tag. You'll definitely be seeing me spending most of my time caring for my specs and neglecting all the rest of you >< nah .. joking.

I was listening to some songs today when I chanced upon the theme song from Hayao Miyazaki's masterpiece from Studio Ghibli, Spirited Away. I rank this movie as one of my all time favourite movie. NP's Concert Band played that song during their Pop and Classic's concert and I totally fell in love with it! Haha.

If you don't know about the story, then let give you a brief overview of the story. A girl name, Chihiro accidentally enters a magical realm filled with ghosts, ghouls and everything not humanly possible. She has to use her judgement and wit to escape from this uncanny nightmare with the help of a dragon transforming boy, Haku. It is a movie that will make you laugh endlessly at its totally unpredictable and mind blowing plots and at the same time bring out your emotions. This is what I call a real classical masterpiece.

Oh well, Brian just told me that Channel 8 is broadcasting the show tonight at 8pm. I'm going to try and catch it if I can. Wanna join me? Haha

Does anyone here happens to have the song "Itsumo Nando Demo" which is the theme song for Spirited Away, if you any of you guys have it, can I have it >< ... desperate for it !! Lol
